Malfunction?

A malfunction or outage always occurs at an unfortunate moment. First check our Malfunctions page whether we are performing maintenance to your installation or whether we are already working on the malfunction. Is there nothing online? We want to solve your problem as soon as possible. Please call 085 - 130 48 31 (local tariff) and address that you are experiencing a malfunction or outage. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

Please note: 

  • During office hours (Monday till Friday from 9.00 till 17.00) our customer service will assess your malfunction together with you. If necessary, we will put through the malfunction to our maintenance to resolve the malfunction.
  • Outside office hours, messages are taken up by our breakdown service. When your malfunction is not urgent, the breakdown service will take on the message and our customer service will contact you the next business day.
